Today, let's get to know Thailand Elite. Thailand Elite, under Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., operates the Thailand Elite Membership Card project through an Exclusive Membership model. It is a state-owned enterprise approved by the Cabinet to conduct business since July 29, 2003, as presented by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) as the sole shareholder, having a registered capital of 1 billion baht.

Elite Flexible One is one of the special programs of Thailand Elite, aiming to collaborate with Thai real estate developers to instill confidence in the Thai economy for 2021, which is showing positive trends. This program has attracted interest from nearly 20 Thai real estate developers to participate.

Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd., led by Managing Director Mr. Somchai Soongsawang, has made progress in the special program Elite Flexible One. Recently, they have negotiated and established memorandums of understanding for special cooperation agreements with over 20 Thai real estate developers. Each developer possesses strong brand image and product quality, along with operational policies aligned with the confidence that they can attract foreign investors and elite card members to invest in both Freehold and Leasehold properties.

Currently, more than 20 developers have submitted projects to participate in the Elite Flexible One program, totaling over 50 projects, with several more in preparation, amounting to over 80 projects (details can be checked at www.thailandelite.com). Each developer has different marketing strategies to attract customers, including targeted marketing activities and promoting the Elite Flexible One card through advertisements in various media that reach high-income customers. They aim to elevate product excellence by selecting quality materials to meet all living requirements, along with providing quality after-sales service.

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic and the current economic situation, the company believes that the special program Elite Flexible One will be a crucial factor in improving the economy by driving high-quality foreign investors to invest in Thailand. Additionally, it aims to accelerate project sales for real estate businesses to generate cash flow, bringing foreign capital into Thailand and circulating within the economy, allowing businesses to thrive and stimulating related industries through the membership card in the form of the special program Elite Flexible One.

 

The special program Elite Flexible One operates for a duration of 2 years, starting from 2021 to 2022. Properties participating in the program must have a value of over 10,000,000 baht or involve total spending of 10,000,000 baht. The cost per right is between 600,000 - 2,000,000 baht, depending on the membership type, which grants fast track privileges similar to VIP members, and members do not need to apply for a visa each time they travel.
